My dog doesn’t always get on with others - can they still be walked in a group?We only take good-tempered dogs that are well socialised on for group walks. We do not wish to take any unnecessary risk when it comes to the safety of our other dogs and our walkers. We recommend that you use our 1 on 1 walking service for those dogs as we can give them our full attention and we can better intercept if a situation with other dogs arise.

Can you take un-neutered dogs & un-spayed bitches?Yes. However, when a bitch shows signs of coming into season, they are changed from walks to home visits where we can let them out to toilet in the garden and play stimulating games with them in the house for the duration of the season (usually around 3 weeks). They can be rejoined to walks once they are a full week clear of bleeding.

Can you train my dog?No, we are not yet qualified to carry out training, if, however, you would like us to reinforce the training you are currently giving them, we can use the same commands so that they have continuation whilst they are with us. We do at this time have trainers we can put you in contact with should you require.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?We advise that dogs are vaccinated and are on a regular flea and worming programme. However, as our knowledge of vaccinations develops as a society, we are able to take an un-vaccinated dog, on the production of a Titre Testing Certificate. For vaccinated dogs, we advise for them to be covered against the following: Parvovirus Canine distemper Para influenza Canine hepatitis Kennel cough Leptospirosis Flea Worm

Where will my dog stay when on overnight boarding?Your dog will stay with one of our dedicated home boarders where they will be treated like one of the family.

What do I need to bring for home boarding?We ask that you bring their lead, bed and sufficient food. It is also a good idea to bring an item of clothing or something from your home that smells of you as this can help to relieve any separation anxiety that they may initially experience.

What payment methods do you take?Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.

Are you able to advise me about switching to a raw food diet?Yes, as well as stocking Natures Menu, we are able to give advice on which products to use and how to make the switch from their previous diet. If there are any other questions you have, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as quick as we can.
